Over the years, Netuxo has developed a wide wide range of websites and web applications. From the simplest to the devilishly complex, we have built on existing open-source platforms, developed new custom features and risen to the challenges - particularly in creating creating genuinely multilingual websites.
People often ask us how much it costs to develop a website, but that is rather like asking how long a piece of string could be. It all depends on what you want out of your website or web application.
From a few hundred pounds to five-figure sums, Netuxo has worked on a wide-range of projects. All we can say is that if at all possible, we will work with you to develop a site that meets your needs and your budget. For projects in excess of £3,000 we create detailed specifications, written contracts which include due-by dates for project milestones, and fixed quotations.
Here you can view a selection of sites we have developed and check out the features.
Colne Valley Food operate box scheme, delivering local food to homes in Middlesex. We were approached in April 2011 to build their website. CVF wanted to be able to take orders online, and to keep track of the produce they need to order to fill boxes each week. The website also showcases the food producers that CVF buy from, as well as their news, recipe ideas, and tweets. We used Drupal 6 to build the site.
The Food Ethics Council (FEC) is a charity that works on issues ranging from the power of the supermarkets, food poverty and workers’ rights, to air freight, genetic modification, meat and climate change, and water scarcity.
Netuxo developed this site in 2009 for the Food Ethics Council, using Drupal 6. The site was built to a new design, replacing FEC's previous website.
This Drupal site was developed in mid-2009 by our colleagues over at GreenNet. Netuxo's role was to take a set of images and a written brief - supplied by the Quaker's in-house design team - and create the six Drupal themes required for the site.
As an international organisation, War Resister's International required an advanced multi lingual site, allowing various members of the organisation to collaborate remotely and in different languages. Users not only collaborate on documents - but also on the conscientious objector's database. The database is not only published as part of the site, but is actually created and edited through the site, allowing users across the globe to use it and participate in developing it.
Turning the Tide is a project of Quaker Peace and Social Witness (QPSW).
QPSW works with and on behalf of the Religious Society of Friends in Britain to translate faith into action. Turning the Tide works with Quakers and nonviolent activist groups to advance the understanding of active nonviolence and its use for positive social change.

Bent String is the commercial endeavour of avant-garde punk guitarist and Gertrude member, Ayesha.
Developed in late 2006-early 2007, the site is built using the Drupal Content Management System and includes some nifty custom features which led to the development of the PrivateSpace module which was contributed by Netuxo back to the Drupal community.
